The Design & Decor Consultation  consists in designer’s advice on your project. We will provide paint colour selection, suggestions for layout,
furniture, finishing materials like flooring, tiles & lighting along with advice on sources for furnishings, fixtures, lighting, wallpaper…

DIY Design Packages

A) Basic DIY Package $500 per room + HST

The DIY Package is conceived for those handy ones who have the time and the passion to execute their project and want to save on design fees. We will work with you to create a detailed schedule and road map according to your pace along with a list of elements for your project. The DIY Basic Design Plan Includes:

One visit to discuss your project

Floor Plan of the room with proposed furniture layout

Inspirational Board with images to reflect the overall design direction

Design Board showcasing your personalized colour palette and finish selections

Detailed list of suggested elements of your design like furniture, wall and floor coverings, accessories and lighting fixture

Timeline document to reflect the order in which the different phases of the
project will be executed.

Please note that this package does not include:

• Selection of each specific items as it provides only advice and guidance,

• Assistance throughout the phases and execution of your project including ordering, deliveries, installations, sourcing and managing trades.

B) Premium DIY Package $1000 per room + HST

The DIY Premium Design Plan Includes:

• First visit to discuss your project
• Plan of the room with proposed furniture layout
• Inspirational Board with images to reflect the overall design direction
• Design Board showcasing your personalized colour palette and finish selections
• Detailed list of specific elements of your design like furniture, wall and floor coverings, accessories and lighting fixture
• Selection of each items needed
• Access to trade discounts
• Second on-site visit for revision before the start of the project
• Timeline document to reflect the order in which the different phases of the project will be executed
• Third visit for the final touches

Please note that this package does not include:

• Assistance throughout the phases and execution of your project including ordering, deliveries, installations, sourcing and managing trades.

Full Service Interior Decorating Package

The Full Service Interior Decorating Package provides you with a designer’s expertise to execute your project from start to finish. We will take care of all the details leaving you to enjoy the benefits of seeing your project come to life before your eyes. We will translate your inspirational idea and design concept into reality in three phases.

PHASE ONE:

Initial consultation fee is $400 + HST

We start this phase with a 2-hour-in-home consultation in order to asses the details of your project. During this time we will exchange ideas on your vision and inspiration. You will be provided with feedback and suggestions on elements needed to execute your project.

PHASE TWO:

Design Development fee is $2500 (& up) + HST

During this phase we will work for you on sketches, floor plans, material selection (e.g. flooring, wall covering, fixtures, finishes, furniture…). This is the time when we also establish the costs of your material according to your project budget and the timeline necessary for the execution.

PHASE THREE:

Design Implementation fee is $3000 (and up) + HST

This is the most exciting phase where you see us managing orders, deliveries, trades, and coordinating all the different tasks happening on site in order to make sure everything is properly executed. We will take care of the finishing touches right to the last detail.
